Wow....

It's officially been way too long since I wrote a blog post! All summer has come and gone and school has started again! So, instead of recapping all summer, I will jump right into the now!

Mas Tres! My Family!

I am back at Kansas State University in Manhattan! Love being back! I am living in the dorms again, but this year my family is sooo amazing! I live in Moore Hall, 3rd floor {Mas Tres!} and we are all getting along so great! The men are complete gentlemen and the ladies are all so nice! The men planned and perfectly executed a picnic in the park for the women! It was a fantastic day and they made us all feel so special! I have a feeling that it is going to be a fantastic year! <Awesome sidenote: My RA (Ben)'s roommate is from Huron, SD! How crazy is it that we live on the same floor! :) >

Classes so far are going well! I am optimistic about my schedule and look forward to learning about all the topics! The class I am most looking forward to is ASI 318: Fundamentals of Animal Nutrition! I feel like I will get the most out of this class! 


I am headed home for the South Dakota State Fair tomorrow! I am excited to see my family again, even though it has only been 2 weeks since I moved! Can't wait to be around cattle again as well! It's crazy how you can go from spending every day in the show barn to only seeing cows in pictures in such a short period! It will be good to have a few days to relax too!
